In reimagining the Livin’s office space for Ultimate Commercial Interiors, our central theme was the integration of biophilic design principles to foster employee wellbeing. The vision was to create a workspace that not only promotes productivity but also prioritizes the mental and physical health of the workforce.
Vision:
By seamlessly integrating nature-inspired elements, creating employee-centric spaces, and addressing key factors such as natural light and air quality, we helped develop a new culture within the business and provided a better work environment for people to thrive.
Delivery:
We ensured along with the aesthetics, the functional and practical spaces varied in size and use so that the employees could determine how they wanted to work and when. Private study rooms, informal meeting lounges, collaboration desks and workpods are just a few of the varied support spaces available to the team.
