A brand new reception and frontage, WC’s that could be situated in a hotel and co-working facilities that are second to none, we produced a design which stands out from the crowd in a bustling city.

We wanted to capture the essence of the listed building, mix that with modern finishes and technology and enhance the wellbeing of the users through biophilic design principles.

The vibrancy of the colours and finishes give this place energy, but the functionality and support spaces provided are what really stand out. We incorporated private study rooms, work-lounges, formal meeting rooms, showers, hotdesking and touch down stations to allow users to choose how they want to work.
