BG Construction and Development are a North East based company who specialise in residential estates, one off bespoke new builds and unique extensions.
Vision:
BG wanted to turn their empty shell of a premises into a fully working office which would allow them the means to thrive in the future.
Delivery:
Working for our fit-out partner, Ultimate Commercial Interiors, Cocoon & Bauer designed an open plan office space which is flanked by private offices, but which contains informal meeting areas for employees to break out to and collaborate in. The work cafe on the ground floor allows employees from the office and the warehouse to mingle with one another and create a more connected culture within the business. Simplicity is the key to this project, with sleek and modern finishes, light bright and airy spaces, and exposed services combined with the odd pop of orange and blue and strategically placed foliage to give depth.
A Means To Thrive
We provided workplace consultancy to establish how BG Construction worked at that time and how we could develop the new office so that it provided them with the means to thrive in the future.
Open Plan
