A different kind of tenancy
Working once again with the fantastic Ultimate Commercial Interiors, we developed a dark and sophisticated scheme for a multi-tenancy project.
Vision:
Transforming an un-used first floor of our clients building, we wanted to produce something a little different to the standard serviced offices available in the North-East.
Delivery:
Creating an industrial scheme which didn’t focus on raw and cheaper looking materials enabled the space to take on a more sophisticated aesthetic. With the monochromatic tones entwined with brass, oak, brick, stone and walnut. The black ceiling sets the tone throughout the floorplate and makes every area feel more intimiate.
